The basics : What is Porfolio Management ?

· Product or service?

Portfolio management is not a product but rather an ongoing process.

· How do we go about it?

We determine together your financial goals and, also, your risk tolerance, time horizon and other constraints. We select the various securities that together become your portfolio.

· What is a portfolio?

The securities, bonds and equities in the optimal mix to meet you investment objectives.

· Do you hold these securities?

No we do not. We rely on two major financial institutions to act as custodian or trustee. One is for mainly North America securities (bond and equities) while the other is for those portfolios with European content.

· I understand that you put together the "right" portfolio for me but is this done only once?

No. We monitor changes to your financial lifestyle and closely follow the financial markets (bonds and equities) to make sure that your investment roadmap is always followed.
